Easter 2016

I don't know why, but it is not my favorite when Easter is in March. I feel like it throws everything off. But it was nice to have Spring Break and then the next week have off for Good Friday.

On Good Friday we headed to Killeen and had Good Friday dinner with the Hobson Family. We love Aunt Pat's cookin! We spent the weekend in Killeen so that we could go see the Cousins play some soccer. I love watching the littles play sports. It's one of my favorite things. And Taytum Bell is a BEAST out on the soccer field for a 5 year old. I was a proud Aunt watching her play - She may have even made a little girl cry. But hey, that's the sport ;) HA! Later on in the day, I was trying to teach her some skills. It was fun! :)

On Easter Morning we woke up and watched the Hobson kids enjoy their goodies from their Easter Baskets and then headed home so we could do our Easter stuff.

When we got home, we ate lunch and it was time for Walker and William to hunt some Easter Eggs. They did great! It was the first year we got to actually witness them enjoy the excitement of a Holiday. Afterwards we went inside, and all the Boys wanted to do was play with the Eggs - Neither one of the boys have showed any interest in candy just yet, so Mom and Dad got to enjoy that for themselves. The Boys must have dumped their empty Easter Eggs and put them back in their baskets a dozen times. It was great busy entertainment for them.

Happy Easter!
